i have tried both this and the Pinned LEVEL 2 intermediate, but i can’t help but feel like it’s working everything but my abs… i feel no burn or pain in my abs at all by the end, nor do i feel anything in my abs the next day. wtf am i doing wrong???? for this beginner version im following along to it, rewatching it and following it 3 times in one session. oh and i also use 7.5kg - 10kg dumbbell for these exercises

Done for the first time ever 💪 The Ab-workouts are killing me. Most of the time if I'm doing any AB exercise, i overstrain my back more than my stomach muscles. Meaning most of the time my back is giving out from the constant strain using my back muscles, while I rarely or struggle feeling my abs. Any ideas from anyone? I also take any easier ab exercises where this habit/problem can be avoided! But really great workout. Will do this consistently for the next few months hopefully. Let's see how much I can change 😁

Just turned 14 entering freshman year and honestly I’ve been doing this workout video since May like I really do live this channel and your videos I wanted to start working out my arms and Abs and I’m telling you this video really helps even though it says for burning fat it helps build my abs I just wanted to challenge myself and not sit around all summer playing games all day long not even good for you
The tempo was tough but day 2 of doing it and it’s great. Can’t wait to memorize
